Masai Mara safari Itinerary

The Masai Mara reserve will tickle your thrill spot with Kenya’s richest concentration of wildlife. DAY 1; NAIROBI/NAIROBI – MASAI MARA

Pick up from Nairobi/Nakuru at 7:00am your safari takes you to the Masai Mara Reserve and into the domain of the Masai, Kenya’s cattle-herding nomads determined to preserve their traditions. Three days here will only scratch at the surface of the wonders of the Mara. Arrive in Masai Mara in time for lunch, have lunch then relax abit.  You will proceed to the park for the Game drive until Late evening when you settle for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Masai Mara Full Day

After breakfast proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. The whole day will be spent exploring the Masai Mara plains, the day will cover the Mara River where the great migration takes place every year. You will have your lunch at this point at the hippo pool, looking for hippos and crocodiles, you will also be escorted by the rangers along the river banks for a short walking tour along the Mara River, there after you will be picked by the driver and proceed for another whole afternoon game viewing as you proceed back to the camp. Dinner and overnight in Masai Mara

 DAY 3: MASAI MARA-NAIROBI/NAKURU

Start the third day of your Masai Mara luxury safari with morning breakfast. You will spend the morning at the hotel before check out and departure by road back to Nairobi/Nakuru.
