NANYUKI/ MT KENYA
Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a 364sq km (140sq mi) wildlife conservancy between the foothills of Mount Kenya and the Aberdares. Its game-to-area ratio tops the Kenyan parks and reserves. It has over 10,000 large mammals and is the only park where the Big Five and chimpanzees can be seen. There are southern white rhinos, about 80 endangered black rhinos and in a special sanctuary, there are two of the world’s last remaining northern white rhinos.
